Umbria, Italy’s ‘green heart’, is a region with no coastline in the centre of Italy. The capital city of the region is Perugia. It has many historical hilltop towns,¬†beautiful countryside, meandering roads and romantic hilltop villages to explore. Of course, the local produce is really good too (buonissima!).
